No, they are all serving life sentences now. When the death penalty was abolished in CA many years ago, they reduced the sentences to life. But for the record, CA now has the death penalty again.

When did Dahmer get arrested and when did he die?
Dahmer was arrested when his last intended victim, got away on July 23, 1991.
Convicted serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer was beaten and killed November 28, 1994, by inmate Christopher Scarver at the Colombia Correctional Institution in Portage, Wisconsin. Dahmer was killed while cleaning a bathroom in the prison gym.
